Booz Allen Hamilton Business Operations Specialist, Senior in Alexandria, Virginia
Maintain responsibility for a wide variety of detailed financial and administrative activities for relatively large or complex programs. Perform reporting for large technical tasks, driven by performance based reporting. Verify and reconcile monthly expenditures and consolidate data from multiple sources into monthly client deliverables. Interpret and implement cost proposal estimating, pricing, and documentation requirements. Perform pricing tasks, monitoring funding at the contract and task levels, subcontract monitoring, 75% notifications, and subcontract close outs, and coordination between other departments and reporting team. Recommend best practices to be used to monitor programs and cost proposals. Work as a team player, leverage experience in project or program control, pricing, and task reconciliation, manage work, work independently, multi-task, and handle a high volume.
-3 years of experience in a financial analysis role
-3 years of experience with expenses, contract interpretation, budget development, and the administration of government projects
-3 years of experience with financial data, analysis, and reconciliation of estimations versus actuals
-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
-BA or BS degree in Business Administration or Finance
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
