HumanResource Business Partner will provide a full range of HR services for selectclients in Allston and be a key driver of the People strategy for the site. Inthis role, the HRBP will build and sustain relationships with all levels of theclient group and will be a key member of the Site HRBP team. This rolewill effectively influence analysis and decision-making in the areas ofleadership, talent management and development, succession planning, changemanagement, work force planning, organization development and design,performance management, and employee relations. The HRBP will collaboratewith HR core services (Rewards and Recognition, Leadership Development &Organizational Change, Talent and Workforce Planning, Strategic Staffing, andShared Services) to diagnose, develop and deliver solutions to support clientgroups. The person in this role should have proven experience understandingbusiness concepts and aligning business needs with HR support and solutions tomove the business ahead in a growing and changing environment.
Theperson hired for this position must be able to embody and effectivelydemonstrate the Sanofi LEAD behavioral competencies of thinking strategically,acting for change, striving for results, committing to customers, andcooperating transversally. The person must also be able to relate well toall levels of the organization and work in a matrix environment. Thisperson will have a demonstrated track record of effective influencing andcoaching, teamwork, Organizational Design and restructuring and leadershipskills. The candidate must have experience effectively coaching, guidingand influencing senior leadership to drive significant cultural change andemployee engagement. The candidate selected must be able to work in afast-paced, manufacturing environment, (24x7x365) with a sense of drive andurgency, balancing multiple priorities simultaneously. In addition, thecandidate selected will have excellent reasoning and problem-solving andconflict resolution skills, effective project management skills andorganizational and communication skills (written, verbal, listening andpresentation). The candidate should also be able to demonstrateinterpersonal awareness to effectively build and sustain strong clientpartnerships with trust and credibility.
Theposition requires a Bachelor's degree and 6-9 or more years of experience OR aMaster's Degree and 4-7 or more years of Human Resources experience.
Stateand federal employment law knowledge is required.
