Site Manager, Alternate - Iraq

PAE is currently seeking a Site Manager, Alternate to support our Department of State programs in Iraq .

The Site Manager, Alternate will:

  • Assist the Site Managers in the efficient management and smooth operation of a large compound in Iraq.

  • Ensure excellent service provision in the areas of logistics, catering, laundry, custodial services, administration, maintenance, finance, procurement, billeting, and grounds keeping.

  • Manage the compound office including staff, finances and facilities.

  • Develop relationships and liaise with partners and service users.

  • Ensure service delivery meets the needs of PAE’s client and service users.

  • Provide Finance, Human Resources and Administrative support as well as provide regular communication updates.

  • Coordinate staffing efforts.

  • Coordinate training and staff events.

  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a US Citizen

  • Requires an Active Secret or higher Security Clearance and maintain clearance Eligibility for the duration of employment.

  • Must have a minimum of twelve (12) years of directly related professional experience.

  • Must have at least 5 years of supervisory experience.

  • A Bachelor’s degree or directly relevant equivalent experience is desirable; a degree in Business or Hospitality Management or a related field is highly preferred.

  • Requires overseas experience in difficult environments where little or no modern support infrastructure is available.

  • Must have excellent communication skills including fluency in spoken and written English.

  • Requires demonstrated, proven superior customer service skills.

  • Must be able to prepare budgets for reimbursable costs, and prepare monthly invoices.

  • Demonstrated ability to monitor inventory and supply chain management is required.

  • Must have a strong background in overseas program operations.

  • A strong background in overseas program operations is preferred.

  • Requires a favorable passage of a drug screen and physical examination.

  • This position is in Iraq , must be willing to live and work in Austere conditions.
