Sensata Technologies, Inc. Director, Global Marketing Communications in Attleboro, Massachusetts
Located in Attleboro, Massachusetts, the Director of Global Marketing Communications will be responsible for all phases of marketing communication strategy and execution for Sensatas $215M Industrial Solutions business.
This mission of this role is to accelerate business growth through building meaningful engagement with potential and current customers throughout the buying lifecycle.
This role reports directly to the Vice President of Industrial Solutions and is a key member of the global Industrial Solutions leadership team.
Develop a global Industrial Solutions marketing communication strategy and roadmap across all media channels that includes people, process, and tool requirements
Manage a clear and effective global brand strategy by region and channel; includes managing multiple sub brands
Support Segment Marketing and Sales in executing go to market strategies
Working with Product Management, Segment Marketing, and Engineering, develop and execute a meaningful content calendar across targeted products
Identify and implement IT tools that support the execution of digital marketing goals
Develop measurement techniques to determine effectiveness of current marketing programs with the goal of maximizing return on investment and improving information accuracy and efficiency to the customer.
Identify, establish and manage partnerships with external vendors as needed to execute strategies and improvement initiatives
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related required; MBA preferred
10+ years in marketing communications leadership roles; experience in B2B businesses preferred
Experience in other functional areas including sales, operations, and engineering is a plus
Proven ability to create and own a strategy from concept to creation to execution
Skilled in change management and working through ambiguity
Ability to translate growth strategies into meaningful marketing campaigns
Proven experience in operating in global markets with understanding of local cultures
Strong financial acumen, with an ability to understand the ROI of marketing campaigns
Experienced team leader that can develop existing team members and attract high talent recruits
Strong collaborator that can engage and influence across all levels of an organization
25-30% travel required
