Job DescriptionQA SupportIndividuals will assist agency quality assurance staff in business required documentation, test script development and documentation, and acceptance user acceptance testing for implementation of software defects, enhancements and projects. Tasks include analysis of data, documentation of requirements, execution of user test scripts, updates to manuals and on-line help tools, and creation of data input forms for testing purposes. Individuals in this position should have experience with user acceptance testing and with interactive, internet/web-based applications.
