PAE, Inc Airfield Sweeper in Baghdad, Iraq

The Airfield Sweeper will be primarily based at PAE’s Baghdad Diplomatic Support Center (BDSC) in Baghdad, Iraq, and serve the Life Support Services contract in support of the State Department. The Airfield Sweeper will be responsible for utilizing resources to accomplish operational requirements and will report to the Airfield Manager. The additional duties and responsibilities listed below are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive:
Remove Foreign Object Debris (FOD) from runway, parking pads, taxiways and other designated areas in accordance with published schedule.

Citizenship: US Citizenship is required
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Previous experience operating a Sweeper Truck on an airfield
Security Vetting: Must possess an active DOD or DOS Secret security clearance and maintaining eligibility for the duration of the contract or must be able to obtain a Moderate Risk Public Trust certification (MRPT).
Must possess a license with a good record to operate a heavy truck
Must be able to obtain and hold an airfield access badge and "All Access" airfield drivers license.
Medical: Favorable passage of a drug screen and physical examination
Language Skills: Expert professional, oral and written English communication skills, to present, facilitate and disseminate information.
Work Ethic: Commitment to maintaining a high performance team which delivers customer service excellence
Department of State experience
One (1) year of international experience in challenging locations, preferably working in the Middle East, with a working knowledge of customs and cultural differences
OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Exercise sound judgment and make decisions independently
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and administrative details in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
Must have the ability to be innovative and be an agent for change
