Responsibilities:

HOUSING CLERK: This is a multi-shift administrative and supervisory position based at the Baghdad Embassy Compound (BEC) Iraq and will be associated with the Residential Operations section. The selected candidate will be responsible for tracking and assigning all BEC permanent and temporary duty (TDY) housing in a manner consistent with contract requirements. This position reports to the BEC Lead Billeting Clerk. The duties and responsibilities listed below are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive. DUTIES: - Oversee the daily work assignments of local national (LN) Billeting Clerks - Become proficient in the use and completion of work orders (WO) produced by the Work Orders for Windows (WOW) database - Develop a comprehensive knowledge of: - O&M contract (SAQMMA-12-D-0165) - Request for Proposal (SAQMMA-12-R-0012-A001) - C.3.H Housing - C.4.P Service Calls - C.4.S Turn-Over (Make-Ready) Crews - C.11 Custodial Services - C.15 Vector and Pest control - C.20 Housing - C.25.H Housing - BEC Ramp-Up Plan (RUP) - Program Management Plan (PMP) - Safety Plan - Quality Control Plan (QCP) - Vector-Pest Control Plan - Fire Emergency Plan - Develop a comprehensive knowledge of PAE housing services, including: - Check-in and check-out procedures - Make-Ready procedures - Furniture and appliance repairs - Fire and Emergency Action Plans - Key tracking procedures - Service Desk and work orders - Logistics and warehousing procedures - PAE laundry and linen procedures - Satellite Television and Internet procedures - Develop and maintain housing assignments, keys and furniture inventories on Microsoft Excel spreadsheets - Prepare and submit detailed reports on scheduled, unscheduled and emergency WO for the BDSC Lead Billeting Clerk - Prepare additional reports and perform additional duties as assigned by the BDSC Lead Billeting Clerk

Qualifications:

EXPERIENCE: - 2+ years compatible customer service and housing or property management experience in an overseas environment - Ability to work effectively with multi-national staff and demanding customers REQUIRED: - Education: A high school diploma or equivalent - Security Vetting: Must be able to obtain a favorable MRPT certification prior to being hired is required for the position. Must maintain eligibility at the required certification level for the duration of the contract - Language Skills: Strong, professional, oral and written English communication skills - Citizenship: US Citizenship is not required - Medical: Favorable passage of a drug screen and physical examination DESIRED: - Relevant overseas contract experience - Experience working with PAE experience OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: - Knowledge of ALL principles and processes involved in operating and supporting appliance functions at an overseas facility - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer services - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules - Cross-cultural sensitivity with an international perspective - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Expert computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Word and Excel - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Expert computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Word and Excel - Ability to become an active and functioning member of a team - Must have the ability to be innovative and be an agent for change - Expert communication skills to facilitate and disseminate information - Ability to become an active and functioning member of a team - Must have the ability to be innovative and be an agent for change - Expert communication skills to facilitate and disseminate information “PAE is an equal opportunity employer and drug- free workplace”
