To maintain and serviceexisting customers and assists in developing new business whereopportunities occur
To gain marketshare in specific business by promoting, selling and servicing Medtronic’sspecific products within assigned territory
To achieve AOPfor Coronary Vascular business in Thailand which includes specificproducts
Complywith Medtronic’s Business Code of Conduct.
Achievesales revenue and market share targets for a specified territory, by promotingdefined Medtronic products to key specialist and technical staff for a specificbusiness.
Practicegood management in terms of organization, administration and expense planningand control
Ensurethe company’s agreed quality standards are maintained with regard to itsproducts procedures, policies, operations and customer contact
Ensurethe highest level of product knowledge is attained and maintained
Developedand implement sales and call plans, provide succinct and meaningful reports toSales Supervisor.
Expandthe customer base and sales by establishing regular contact with keyspecialists, technical staff and administration personnel. Provide technicalassistance as required.
Ensureongoing, timely customer support for all defined products by providing productinformation through appropriate communication channels.
Ensurecustomer order cycle is complete. Maintain communication with internalMedtronic inventory control staff to ensure enough lead time to supply goods.
Gathermarket intelligence and maintain a thorough knowledge of hospital usage ofMedtronic’s competitor products and activities.
Developand deliver training education /training for customers on the use of theproducts via liaison with training and Education Manager
Attendconferences and seminars as appropriate
Networkwith appropriate staff for technical and service support
Coachthe more junior sales representatives
SalesForce Effectiveness (SFE) – To actively utilises SFE processes for planning,delivering and analyzing sales calls

Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications
Min. of 5 to 8 yearssales experience in medical field
Bachelor degreein medical/biomedical engineering or nursing
Advanced degree in business/medical/biomedicalengineering viewed favorably.
