Position at Renovation/Remodeling
The Operations Intern for ITW Renovation/Remodeling will assist with supply chain and capacity planning. In addition, the position will also identify process improvement areas to increase the satisfaction of our customers.

Supply chain capacity planning to analyze make versus buy decisions on defined products.
Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction by evaluating work processes that could be improved within the Customer Service department.
Evaluate current Kanban system and identify improvement areas.
Assess current third party logistics provider on west coast versus consolidation with operation in Bartlett, IL.
Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management or Operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft office.
Strong written and verbal communications.
Expected Intern Learning:
Capacity planning including make vs. buy analysis.
Conducting and analyzing survey data.
Cost/benefit analysis, transportation analytics and inventory cost analytics.
