Cendyn Training Manager in Boca Raton, Florida
The Cendyn Hospitality Marketing Cloud™ is an integrated technology platform for driving sales and marketing performance. The Training Manager will provide on-line and occasionally in-person training on our Hotel CRM, Event Management and Hotel Sales platforms. This position will facilitate live instructor-led trainings and will also design and customize self-paced interactive learning courses for our customers.
• Plan and Facilitate on-line Trainings/Webinars • Produce effective training presentations, tutorials and supporting training materials • Develop interactive training content for adult learners • Work with Training Director to evaluate existing training and create new training • Provide Assistance with internal training initiatives • Work with SME and Project Managers to create clear learning material and content • Remain knowledgeable on all training tools • Demonstrate experience with industry standard methodologies for ISL trainings • Liaise with other departments to evaluate and elevate the learner experience. • Respond promptly and follow-up with customer inquiries regarding training content and schedule • Document all customer communication and time in Salesforce CRM.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management • 3+ Years Training Experience • Strong customer service skills • Proficiency with MS Office • Must be articulate and comfortable speaking in front of a virtual or live audience • Ability to work independently • Experience with LMS or Authoring tool preferred • 3+ Hospitality Industry Experience ( Operations or Sales) preferred • Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin a plus
