We are looking for an organized, curious, and professional Inbound Warehouse Administrator to be responsible for verifying the accuracy of incoming deliveries, handling purchase order exceptions, and following up on quality problems through resolution. This is a cross-functional role that requires the candidate to work with multiple teams and departments as well as to handle a variety of different tasks on a daily basis within a warehouse environment. This is a role that will be half at a desk and half hands-on while standing. This is a seasonal position that runs from September to late December 2016.

  • You are able to think logically and analytically to solve problems. You know when to escalate issues

  • You are responsible – you consistently attend shifts on time, every day scheduled

  • You have strong computer skills, including Excel, databases, and MS-Office


  • Inspect incoming merchandise and recording errors

  • Track incoming deliveries throughout the day

  • Maintain accurate correspondence and records of vendor communications

  • Handle the upkeep of internal ticket tracking system

  • Work with Purchasing/Merchandising Departments on discrepancies

  • Process warehouse damages for proper disposal

  • Prepare the shipment of material being returned to vendor partners including the creation of shipping labels

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse experience and experience processing or managing Purchase Orders and/or invoices preferred
