The Professional Services team as part of Customer Success is responsible for implementing Aria Solutions for our largest customers. Professional Services purpose is to ensure successful implementation that maximize and sustain Aria Adoption and Return on Investment (ROI), leading to higher customer satisfaction, renewal and referenceability.
The Project Manager owns the planning, execution, and delivery of customer implementations of Aria Systems Recurring Revenue Solutions. Project Managers will deliver projects using Professional Services methodologies and governance systems. Typical day-to-day project activities include: driving project schedules, anticipating risk and variance, cost containment and disruption handling, managing all project resources, and project communications. Project Managers are leaders in Professional Services and will be directing and influencing the customer in the areas of customer-side project involvement, operational readiness, and the overall relationship.
• Act as the single point of contact for all assigned projects with responsibility for project deliverables, goals, and quality • Manage project schedule, issue/risk register, resources, and communication • Assign and facilitate tasking into all team members controlling priority, statusing, and visibility • Manage project scope and execute appropriate change requests • Manage project financials including revenue forecast, project margin, and project cash flow • Manage relationships throughout the customer organization including all project team members, business contributors and stakeholders, and executive management
• At least 5-7 years’ experience as a project manager leading successful software implementations (including e-Business or SAAS applications and web based programming technologies). • Understanding of efficient business processes (Recurring Revenue, Billing) • Communicate with clarity and impact, understanding how the message has been received • Establishes a systematic course of action for self or others to ensure accomplishment of specific objectives • Committed to the customer and successfully consults and negotiates when necessary • Sets priorities, goals, and timetables to manage time efficiently and achieve maximum productivity • Create and foster key customer relationships • Be firm and decisive, willing to make unpopular decisions when necessary • 4 year bachelor’s degree / MBA preferred
• Able to travel up to 50% of the time • PMP or equivalent certification preferred but not mandatory
