IBM AP Country Focal Point in BUDAPEST, Hungary
Act as the 2nd level Accounts Payable support for countries using CAAPS system (Invoice Resolution Team). Key duties and responsibilities:
Act as prime contact for the country/region.
Provide correct and timely response to e-mails sent to the task id used by the team
Follow provided procedures, documentation, instructions and Internal Audit & Business Controls guidelines.
Become the process expert for your country/region
Ensure quality and accurate work at all times.
Be responsible for and manage the day to day activities of the country/region
Ensure that any open items under APC responsibility are followed up and problems resolved in timely manner.
Ensure that reports are reviewed correctly and timely and provided to the team leaders or the management for sign off if required.
Return invoices to the supplier when appropriate.
Ensure good team work at all times.
Raise any issues / problems with the team leaders or the management
Assist in training of new staff
Ensure adequate cover in the team at all times during vacation and sickness and ensure that the team leaders and the management are informed
Assist in country integrations and other ad-hoc projects when required
Sufficient language skills to understand invoices
Reliable, precise, efficient, well organized
Flexible in work schedules (need to adjust to Asia Pacific business hours)
Good typing skills
Motivated (need to get the work completed successfully and accurately each day)
Capable of achieving the goals under pressure
Good at teamwork
Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint basic skills
Skills in leading a small group
Good sense of responsibility and problem solving
