Qualifications
:
* ISO 9001 systems taking us to next level
* MRB
* CAR – failure analysis – customer
* Approve and follow through all internal and external corrective actions
* Complete System and process audits. Follow up of action items.
* Develop inspection procedures and sampling plans.
* Motivate and train Quality Engineers in process and final inspection
* Oversee training employees in quality tools and statistical methodology
* Support qualification, environmental and reliability test programs
* Oversee maintenance of the Quality Information System.
* Insure maintenance of our extensive online SPC system (Hertzler)
* Responsible for writing and revising procedures
Education/Requirements
* BS Degree
* Hands on experience with SPC and inspection.
* Extensive training in Quality Fundamentals
* Excellent in Leadership
