Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning, implementing, developing, supporting and maintaining business systems applications.

  • Hire and develop employees/resources who understand the business rationales underlying the use of technology.

  • Participate in the definition, planning, development, implementation and support of the IT systems in support of current and new business objectives/opportunities and strategic objectives for areas of responsibility.

  • Assist in budget preparation for the department.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or technically related field, or equivalent education/experience. Minimum of 8-10 years work experience. Supervisory experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications• Experience managing teams across multiple locations• Financial experience and understanding financial concepts

Addditional Qualifications

Superior verbal and written communication skills. Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills. Superior problem solving skills. Ability to resolve most of the system and procedural problems of the division. Excellent analytical skills. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Must be a team player. Ability to work independently. Experience managing teams across multiple locations. Financial experience and understanding financial concepts.
