ADP is hiring an Implementation Team Manager. In this position, you'll provide leadership to a team of Implementation Consultants who with their expertise and our innovative solutions create exceptional on-boarding experiences for each product or service implementation.

  • Manage and develop a team of Implementation Consultants
  • Lead workflow for other Consultants
  • Responsible for consulting with clients to deliver a comprehensive product solution
  • Responsible for guiding and driving the client towards the best solution for their business needs
  • Responsible for ensuring accurate forecasting and delivery against KPIs
  • Share knowledge and expertise to help develop consultants
  • Lead small Business Change Transformation Projects
  • Manage the team in interpreting issues and find creative solutions to help the business with their long terms needs
  • Be point of escalation for team and client issues
  • Ability to work independently and provide solutions to the client
  • Work pro-actively to provide information, best practices, and training on the ADP products
  • Build long term relationship and trust
  • Interact/collaborate with ADP associates in Sales and Service
  • Manage routine information of members of client project team, including priorities, timelines, issues as they arise
  • Manages the human resource issues to ensure appropriate staffing levels
  • To plan and review key project milestones to ensure timely go-lives
Experience, Skills, Academic


  • Proven and in depth experience leading a team in a service environment
  • Proven experience within business consulting
  • Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
  • Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish tasks
  • Strong client relationship building skills
  • Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards
  • Must be able to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise, and escalate to the appropriate level
  • Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills
  • The ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situations
  • Proficiency in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills
  • Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; or equivalent in education and experience
  • People management experience


As this is a Client-facing role, there will be a significant requirement for travel to Client sites across the UK, and to other ADP offices as required.
