Master's degree in human services field such as psychology or social work; and at least three years of relevant professional counseling experience in a mental health setting; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Professional licensure (such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) is required. Verbal and written fluency in both Spanish and English highly preferred. Relevant experience should include clinical assessment and treatment work with seriously emotionally disturbed youth and families. Applicants should have strong skills in the areas of clinical assessment, diagnosis, individualized service planning, resource linking and working with other agencies and providers.
