The Customer Success Advocate position is a direct Customer-engaging role that provides our internal and external Customers with information, service, and support for their issues. It is the first impression of LM to our Customer. To handle orders placed by incoming calls, fax, chat or email and to expedite rush orders when needed.

Essential Functions

  • Meet daily phone coverage requirements 4-6 hours daily

  • Meet daily order entry requirements for assigned team

  • Work with various other departments as needed to ensure proper escalation and processing of customer concerns

  • Process customer orders through company systems and ERP

  • Represent Labelmaster professionally at all times

  • Being physically present at the worksite


  • Ability to enter/retrieve order, product, pricing, and Customer data in ERP system

  • Reasoning ability – Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed and involved written or oral instructions.Ability to deal with problems involving many concrete variables in standardized and un-standardized situations

  • Ability to work overtime when needed

  • Proficient math skills

  • Good problem solving skills

  • Very good time management skills

  • Solid writing skills

  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office


  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • 1-3 year customer service experience preferred

  • Knowledge in E-commerce and/or processing customer Web Orders also preferred.
