Insureon is seeking energetic commercial insurance sales producers to join our fast growing internet-driven agency located in downtown Chicago.
Today we bind 150 clients per day and we turn away 200 clients because we don’t have enough producers. Our goal is to be selling 200 clients per day by the end of 2016.
Your job would focus on closing inbound sales opportunities who are clients coming to our website, calling our 1-800 number or chatting with us. As a producer you would leverage our in house agency management system, which is similar to but easier to use than AMS or Applied.
We have new business growth of more than 100% working with some of the most well respected insurance carriers in the industry, including: CNA, The Hartford, Philadelphia, Travelers and USLI. This opportunity requires energy and sales experience combined with willingness to work in fast paced environment. It is not for everybody!
As an independent agent, you'll have the opportunity to earn commissions based on sales conversion. If you are motivated sales professional this is a great opportunity for you! Salary + commission based bonus. First year annual compensation typically range from $55,000 to $80,000+, depending on the hours you put in and your ability to produce. Agents are required to meet minimum guidelines for production per day to remain with the account.

This is not cold calling. Your job is to convert prospects into sales. It's that simple.
