The Senior Developer plays a crucial role in creating and maintaining the strategic partnership between business needs and technology delivery. The Senior Developer's role is to plan, design, develop and launch efficient systems and solutions in support of core organizational functions. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve issues, opportunities or problems in order to maximize the benefit of IT and Business investments. The Senior Developer is highly experienced and has decision-making authority. He/she is self sufficient, requires no direct supervision, and mentors/coaches others.


  • IT Development and Support

  • Support and troubleshoot software systems as required, optimizing performance, resolving problems, and providing follow-up on all issues and solutions.

  • Contribute to success of business systems by providing technical knowledge and direction.

  • Assist with the estimation, analysis, design and implementation of business solutions - for large programs or a number of complex projects and programs.

  • Fit developed solution to purpose; assist solving complex technical problems.

  • Develop appropriate software documentation as outlined in IDF.

  • Complete comprehensive unit testing on all developed/enhanced software.

  • Works/Consults across multiple projects; functions as a project leader.

  • Works on complex projects that require subject matter expertise.

  • Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of development methodologies, software design and design patterns, integration standards as well as its applicability at coding and testing cycles.

  • 5 or moreyears of IT and business/industry work experience required.

  • At least 5 years of development experience across multiple, small to medium projects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders required.

  • Requires technical and business knowledge in software development life cycle, quality assurance, project management and other related disciplines/processes.

  • 3-5 years in Oracle ERP projects, development, and support required.

  • 3-5 years of hands-on PL/SQL development knowledge required

  • 2-5 years support of financial business systems preferred.

  • 2-5 years project development of financial analytical systems preferred.

  • Multiple technologies - e.g Oracle, Unix Shell Script preferred.

  • Technical expertise in Oracle financial modules such as GL, AP, AR, Projects..etc required.

  • Knowledge on Oracle AME and iSupplier modules preferred.

  • Knowledge on OBIEEpreferred.


  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
