The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process through data collection and assessment, identifying and determining the priority of patient’s/ resident’s/client’s problems/needs, and evaluating the process and outcome of nursing care. The RN coordinates, provides and directs patient teaching activities and coordinates the care provided by health team members. The RN possesses good interpersonal and teamwork skills and practices the Core Values of the Mercy Health Care System.

Specifically, you’ll need:
- Nursing degree (Associate preferred, Bachelor’s ideal)
- Current Ohio RN license
- 1–2 years of nursing experience, preferred
- CPR certification, with ACLS and PALS, a plus (American Heart Association)
- Committee work or shared leadership experience, a plus
- Experience presenting at conferences, a plus
Hours: Full-Time, 36 hours per week, Nights, 1900-0730, Every other weekend.
