Position Description:

Position Summary:

CGI Federal is seeking a Senior IA Analyst to work with our Colorado Springs, CO team. The successful candidate will provide support to Government customer submitting accreditation packages, monitoring network operations, network boundary management and recommending controls, and performing cyber vulnerability and response.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of cyber-security analysis and develops system security packages. Provide guidance on Approving Authority assessment tools.

  • Create cyber security test plans.

  • Enforce network policies

  • Operate network sensors and analyze network behavior

  • Perform Cyber vulnerability and response

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • At least 5 years of this experience must be as Lead Information Assurance Specialist in direct support of a military organization

  • Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in Cyber-security, Information systems, or engineering.

  • At least (10) years of demonstrated experience working in the Information Assurance Career field, preferably performing and leading security assessments for complex DOD systems.

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation (DIACAP) and Risk Management Framework (RMF).

  • Experience with Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS).

  • DoD Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) Process.

  • Must meet Department of Defense Information Assurance Workforce (IAWF ) requirements for Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level III

  • Demonstrate experience with inheritance of controls following integration of third party applications on the network and experience documenting the security posture of the network prior to and following third party application loading.

  • Provide both strategic analysis and near real-time auditing, analyzing, and investigating, reporting, remediation, coordinating and tracking of security-related activities.

  • Provide technical expertise on post event network security logs and trend analysis.

Additional Requirement:

• Must possess Secret clearance at a minimum

Desired Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Ability to establish working relations at all organizational levels. Demonstrate ability to diplomatically and effectively deal with Government officials and other stakeholders.

  • Self-motivator with ability to work as part of a team or independently with little supervision or direction.

  • CISSP, CEH, GIAC, CISA, CRISC, MCSE, or equivalent certifications a plus

  • Infrastructure, Operations, and Risk Management

  • Experience developing remediation roadmaps regarding cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities

  • Computer expertise including an understanding of the impact of technology

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
