Provides sales revenue growth and/or service quality/accuracy improvement to sales or service teams within SunTrust Online (STOLI) through sales and service quality improvement coaching. Sales and service quality improvement coaching may include, but is not limited to, scheduling and conducting silent and side-by-side monitoring, and reviewing individual sales and service quality performance, and coaching to recognize and act on sales opportunities. This function results in the successful achievement of sales and service quality performance objectives. The incumbent acts as a coaching resource in providing sales and service quality performance feedback and direction toward improvement. Incumbent continually identifies ways to improve the process and enhance agent performance. The incumbent is able to work independently and make decisions regarding the appropriate coaching that needs to take place for the representatives. They will be responsible for negotiating with the team manager the coaching activities they will be performing for the group. Primarily responsible for coaching to improve the quality and accuracy of a team of representatives. Reports to the Center Manager. Responsible for ensuring that all business transactions and practices in the individual's span of control comply with all regulations and the SunTrust Code of Conduct.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 1 year call center experience with demonstrated leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Prior supervisory experience and financial services/banking/call center experience.
