Lead and support Operation testing and build efforts of production products and equipment (50%).
Document/review/improve established processes (20%).
Establish/maintain/implement staff training on test and manufacturing processes (10%).
Lead and support assigned projects related to the test and operations directorate (20%).
Overtime expected/required.
Travel required: less than 10%
Bachelors degree in Electrical or Manufacturing/Operations
At least two years of experience working in a Test Lab or Manufacturing Environment are required. Hands on position supporting test and manufacturing.
While performing the job duties, the incumbent is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and/or equipment. The noise level is usually quiet in the office environments but can be louder in the test labs like the vibration test areas, so hearing protection may be needed. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch. He/she must use hands to examine objects and operate equipment, and must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
