Job Description SummaryResponsible for the online user experience to maximize brand value, customer engagement and conversion across the web and multiple online devices such as smartphones, tablets. Responsible for entire digital team’s interaction and visual design and the usability of properties across our extensive online portfolio.Job Description
Work with external digital agency partners to develop and execute the most modern UX for all platforms.
Establish a UX play book for the organization.
Provide front end UI design layouts.
Create clean, uncluttered, simple and easy-to-use unified and on-brand experiences that work across customer demo/physco/geo-graphics across devices and platforms.
Develop personas, user stories, site maps, flow diagrams, and scenarios to inform the design process – along with usability test planning and usability session scripts.
Lead, design, assist and analyze user research and usability testing initiatives.
Design user experiences that support enterprise and business division needs that are able to be measured, quantified, tracked and show incremental, iterative success.
Lead, define and communicate the UX direction using appropriate tools such as sketches, workflows, wireframes, interaction specifics and more.
Create customer-centered designs by considering site analytics, customer feedback and usability findings that work across B2C & B2B.
Drive optimal experiences, measured in terms of usability, intuitiveness, consistency, time to market and ultimately business success metrics.
Drive development team to execute the vision correctly and according to timelines.
Critique other creative UX work, offering direction for improving quality, consistency or strategy in a collaborative, mentoring manner.
Advocate throughout organization for best-in-class and user-center design principals and champions innovative techniques and solutions.
Experience with a CMS product like Adobe or SDL
Financial Services and/or agency experience
Deadline driven, fast-paced, iterative, results-oriented work environment.
50% travel for approximately the first 12-18 months, then approximately 20% travel after
Job and compensation levels depend upon an applicant’s qualifications including the extent of his/her relevant experience and other job related factors and will be determined by hiring supervisors/managers and HR.
