APPLICATIONS ENGINEER (Hydraulic and Plunger Lift)

Hydraulic, Plunger and Gas Lift designs, field support, analysis and optimization of Hydraulic, Plunger and Gas Lift systems according to customer requirement, supporting the expected growth of the Product Line.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Vision and Leadership
Create and maintain customer relations within MEA
Focused on technical support for the key clients & projects.
Regular communications with CPLM’s, engineering, GBU’s and existing operations coordinators to ensure ongoing technical support are working in sync.
Conduct reporting functions pertaining to failure analysis, optimization, trending, inventory control.
Promote product and services, identify new markets and look for opportunities to expand and evolve existing markets.
Support Project start-ups, Plan and coordinate training as required by product line strategy.
Liaise closely with Global Business Unit and Engineering teams and communicating the technical challenges & support requirements.
Liaise with customer contract holder and HPL specialist for the new applications.
Provide technical support and solutions to customers.

Demonstrate effective Safety leadership at all times to enhance the organisation’s commitment to safety performance
- Partner with Region and Country/Area operations to ensure effective delivery of products and services.
Client and Communication
Support Country/Area and Regional PL teams by providing financial reports and advising corrective actions to taken.
Maintain personal contact with key customers on a frequent basis
Resolve customer complaints regarding service, product, or personnel
