Kelly Services is seeking a Direct Hire New Vehicle Acquisition Consultant for a global company in Eden Prairie, MN!

Provide premier customer service to a portfolio of accounts. Day to day end to end management of portfolio from model year set up through vehicle activation. Provide consultation regarding new-vehicle acquisition including policy, procedures and media for order placement. Monitor activates across various teams to ensure a flawless delivery. Provide analysis, consultation and recommendations that support account development strategies.

Primary Responsibilities:

Establish and manage the overall client relationship in accordance with the new-vehicle acquisition process in conjunction with the Account Executive and Account Consultant.

Consult with the client, Account Consultant and Account Executive/Manager to identify client needs/requirements for new-vehicle replacement.

· Monitor and report on client activities that may create a growth opportunity, or risk situation for PHH and participate in solution where required.

Participate and co-ordinate client visits on an as-needed basis to drive results Facilitate handoff to Customer Service Associate (CSA) and others to ensure consistency and accuracy in day to day order management of the client’s needs. Provide acquisition consultation through knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the fleet and automotive industry related to vehicle specifications, best value pricing, vehicle availability and purchasing, processing and delivery alternatives. Develop NVA account strategies and action plans for implementing process improvements Provide quotes, Life cycle data to client with rationale for recommended vehicle selection

Take Ownership in becoming the clients’ internal NVA champion for resolution.

Build and foster a positive relationship with clients.

Build internal relationships to help drive and ensure operational efficiencies – always maintaining a balance of the client’s expectations. Maintain co-operative relationships among team and internal PHH Staff. Maintain an internal acquisition client policy document as required. Comprehensive policy review to take place annually. Respond to and follow-up on client requests and activities related to the new-vehicle acquisition process. Share and teach others on client improvements identified and implemented. Use personal judgment and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles facing your client throughout the entire acquisition process.

Manage day to day client activities and requests

Research client inquiries/issues related to Vehicle Replacement activities on a regular basis. Facilitate client inquires on a daily basis and determine best course of action for resolution. Assist with process improvement initiatives and business feedback when required. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Education: College degree in business or related field (or equivalent business experience); 3-4 years business experience with client contact preferred. Industry experience preferred.

Effectively manages an average portfolio of 5,000 units (cars and light duties) with an average acquisition cost between $18,000 and $40,000.

Revenue responsibility:

Ensure that we effectively and efficiently set up the method and media that meet the client's acquisition needs in order to secure and process the client's committed annual ordering volume. This also includes consulting with the AC/AE to develop account strategies to secure competitors units through more efficient setup and processing at PHH.
