Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated and well organized individual with prior experience administering US government security policies and procedures to serve as the Industrial Security Manager. The position will be responsible for assisting with daily security operations and NISP compliance for the CGI Federal enterprise. This is a permanent full time position.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

The Industrial Security Manager will provide support to a variety of programs covering all security and administrative functions. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of changes in security process and procedures. Assist with maintaining and administering a comprehensive security training and awareness program across the enterprise. Extensive knowledge of the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS), Security Information Management System (SIMS) and other databases.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor's degree preferred and Minimum 10+ years of specialized experience

• Strong management skills necessary

• Experience in JPAS, e-QIP and SIMS

• Experience developing training materials

• Strong organizational and administrative skills

• Experience in a wide range of DOD, Intel and Civilian Agency security clearance and background investigation/vetting processes

• Understands contracts, DD254’s and task orders to determine security requirements

• Possess outstanding customer service, verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with a great attention to detail

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance

• Ability to discreetly handle sensitive information

• Must have a working knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software (MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook

• Previous experience as an FSO strongly desired
