Position Description:

CGI Federal Inc. is seeking a well-organized and energetic Personnel Security Analyst (PSA) to join our corporate team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the proper submission of the SF85, SF85P, SF85PS and SF 86 and SF86A (eQIP) and associated documentation to a variety of government agencies.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

The PSA will work closely with Program Managers and customers throughout the clearance process. The PSA will track personnel security packages for timely submission. The collection of this data will be combined with other PSA metrics for inclusion in the weekly and monthly metric reports to ensure processing goals are met. The PSA will contribute to the preparation of management reports and annual customer required clearance reconciliation reports as required.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Possesses outstanding customer service skills to assist customers with their personnel security packages and associated investigation and reinvestigation requirements

• Working knowledge of all aspects of personnel security is essential. The candidate must have a strong working knowledge of e-QIP, JPAS, SIMS, and the Personnel Security requirements of the National Industrial Security Program Operation Manual. Be familiar with other applicable US Defense, Department of State, Federal Services and Intelligence Community Personnel Security regulations and directives

• Experienced in managing clearance access rosters, notifying cleared personnel of periodic reinvestigations, maintaining personnel security files, performing JPAS record maintenance, assisting the FSO with security education; annual and quarterly training events and preparing visit requests

• Experience in reviewing SF85Ps and SF86s for correctness and submission per the customer’s requirements

• 3-5 years applicable experience

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Ability to discreetly handle sensitive information

• Must have a working knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software (MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook

• Active Secret Clearance
