Responsibilities: Full performance security administrator positions require the ability to obtain journeyman level knowledge of security related administrative processes and procedures in support of a diverse range of security functional areas. Duties may include but are not limited to: -maintaining and preparing Standard Operating Procedures as needed; –coaching, mentoring, and developing junior level colleagues; -update and maintain security records; -perform prescreen duties to detect obvious errors or omissions; - print and distribute documentation in support of office processes; - provide accurate and timely responses to customer requests for information; -performs file maintenance as needed, to include faxing and photocopying case materials; - conducts briefings on work process issues; -assists with developing materials for formal and informal training; -supports electronic finger-print collection depending on assignment; -tracks and submits production statistics as requested; -assist in prepration of briefings, memorandums and other correspondence; -responds in a timely manner to inquiries from the customer regarding the status of pending cases or support tasks; -manages work load effectively to meet productivity standards;
Qualifications: -Must be a US citizen possessing TS/SCI with polygraph at the time of application. -Three years progressively responsible experience providing security-related or administrative support. -High School diploma or GED, or equivalent experience in related field. -Must demonstrate a high level of personal integrity and the ability to discreetly handle sensitive, personal and classified case information. -Must have excellent writing skills with ability to comprehend complex and multi-source data into succinct and supportable final reports. -Must possess strong organizational skills and good judgment. -Must be able to operate various corporate and customer specific automated systems for case tracking and status reporting. -Must have a thorough understanding of the federal rules and regulations that encompass the clearance process. -Demonstrated ability to produce documents that require minimal editing, utilize software tools (MS Word/Excel/Power Point) -Knowledge of and ability to use customer corporate and customer specific applications (MS Office, Lotus Notes, Internet Explorer, Firefox, and any other web based application). -Demonstrated understanding of the federal rules and regulations that encompass and support the clearance process. -Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple task assignments to meet deadlines. -Ability to provide excellent customer service -Ability to work well with various client personnel and stakeholders
