This position is responsible for using computer software programs to operate all merge conveyors, providing a steady flow of product to the loading dock, and maintainingwave integrity ensuring proper load sequence and minimizing out-of-sequence cases.


Other duties may be assigned. A teammate in this position must have the ability to:

  • Understand Windows OS environment, Microsoft excel, Access and CVS for daily report management.

  • Monitor and manage multiple application displays in ANT, and Visu.

  • Understand JDK.

  • Monitor and manage manual orientation inventory.

  • Start and stop conveyor lines, controlling the flow of product.

  • Monitor and report product flow that is diverted and/or aborted.

  • Monitor software alarms for ANT, jams, motor overloads and stoppages.

  • Monitor outlying conveyor lines to ensure each department is selecting proper wave numbers and keeping up with the rest of the operation.

  • Work closely with management teams.

  • Understand the business.

  • Understand the selection and loading process.

  • Comply effectively with company work and safety rules.

  • Continually meet assigned production standards.

  • Follow directions.

  • Work independently and in a team environment.

  • Comply with company attendance policy.

  • Maintain a flexible work schedule to meet the changing needs of the Distribution Center; work schedules may require working an early shift, staying long for a late shift, and weekend work depending on the customer and operational requirements of the division.


A teammate in this position must:

  • Have High School Diploma or GED.

  • Be 18 years or older.

  • Possess strong computer skills.

  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Possess good technical and functional skills.


  • This position requires the teammate to stand for long periods of time at a computer monitor.

  • The environment encompasses all areas of a Distribution Center and material movement takes place throughout the facility.

  • This position requires the teammate to work inside majority of the time.

  • This position may require working in hot and cold temperature extremes, exposure to dust, dirt, fumes, noise, potentially harmful chemicals, solvents and components, and working in close to proximity to other teammates.

  • Closed-toe shoes must be worn at all times.

  • This position requires the teammate to work in warm and cold temperature conditions that may range from 38°F to 110°F.

  • This position requires the teammate to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, grasp and reach above the head continuously for a period of two hours or more.
