What will you be doing?
The Inpatient Pharmacist at Community Regional Medical Center is responsible for providing the delivery of patient-oriented clinical pharmacy services, drug information and monitoring of pharmacotherapy, generally under pharmacy protocol. The Pharmacist reviews all drug orders and checks all work completed by ancillary personnel in the department. This role serves as the drug expert and consultant to physicians, nursing staff and other hospital personnel.
We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or higher with a valid State of California Pharmacist license. Additionally, you should have completed a 1 year Pharmacy Residency Program or have 2 years of pharmacy experience with 6 months of inpatient/acute care experience.
