Position at Renovation/Remodeling
The Product Manager will profitably grow product groups by developing, implementing and driving marketing/business strategies along with tactical action plans. The role will act as the voice of customer using end-user market research insights, customer POS, and macro market trends to effectively manage the product portfolio and drive new product development.

Develop the annual integrated marketing plans for assigned product categories using data driven information
Manage the execution of the new product development roadmap to capitalize on key market opportunities
Develop and implement thorough price strategies and promotions to grow the business in assigned product areas
Perform thorough competitive product analysis aimed at understanding the strengths and weaknesses of our competitive products
Participate in capacity planning efforts working with manufacturing and engineering areas
Manage the financial performance of assigned product categories by utilizing ITW business philosophies and other key performance indicators
Other duties as assigned
Bachelors Required. Degree in Business, Marketing, or comparable discipline preferred; MBA preferred
5+ years of product development and product management experience
Strong oral and written communication skills, particularly in the areas of retail line review presentation creation and delivery
Strong data analysis skills specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Thorough knowledge of new product development and commercialization a must
B2C experience preferred
Experience managing hard line product category greater than $80M with multiple brands/product lines a plus.
Up to 20% travel
