Position Description:

Currently hiring two ETL Analysts with exceptional experience in all aspects of the Informatica toolset, up to and including a full command of Data Validation Option/PowerCenter, as it relates to testing, automation, and reuse of rules for extraction, loading, etc. This position is located in Herndon, VA, and offers a complete benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid vacation, etc.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, implement & maintain programs to load, aggregate, and extract data

  • Perform data mappings and design of system ETL workflow solutions

  • Work with functional staff to establish and clarify requirements

  • Investigate and correct software defects and analyze and maintain data quality

  • Prepare comprehensive documentation

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • 5yrs+ experience in ETL/Informatica, and Oracle and related technologies

  • 4yrs relational database concepts, relational logical modeling, and physical design

  • 3yrs of robust knowledge and implementation experience of Informatica is required

  • Informatica DVO (Data Validation Option) with PowerCenter experience for ETL extraction and loading

  • Knowledge of Optimization of ETL and Oracle Pl/SQL is required

  • Informatica Test automation using DVO with PowerCenter is a must have

  • Should have worked in complex Oracle platforms involving optimization

  • Conversant in the agile development methodology

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong design skills

  • Strong client facing skills


Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related degree
