Lockheed Martin Strategic Program Planner in Hill Air Force Base, Utah

Mission Solutions Program Strategic Planner is responsible for assisting in the execution of contractual activities associated with ICBM related contracts. This position reports to the Strategic Programs Unit Manager and will directly support the Range and Depot Program Director as well as the Missions Solutions LOB Vice President in the capture and execution of ICBM and NC2/NC3 related programs. Duties involve campaign strategy development and execution, capture leadership, proposal development and successful program leadership. Specific duty areas include developing and executing strategy, staffing, mentoring leadership and individual contributors, managing cost, schedule, and technical performance of current efforts while supporting strategic initiatives applicable to future ICBM and NC2/NC3 programs. The position will support and manage executive-level relationships both internal and external to the company and interface with multiple business organizations.

Basic Qualifications Candidate must be a US citizen and applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Experience as a program manager/capture manager on both Development and Operations and Sustainment Programs, particularly in the management of Capture strategies, Proposal Development, Program Execution. Control Account Management with Earned Value Management System expertise is desired. DoD Secret Clearance is required

Desired skills Prior customer relationships with AF NWC, AF GSC, and/or AF SMC. Proven ability to drive complex tasks to closure on aggressive schedules and budgets while managing expectations of numerous stakeholders. New business capture expertise (large Development and O&M programs). Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Experience working ICBM and NC2/NC3 Programs. Experience working with communications, cryptography, nuclear assurance, system lifecycle development and sustainment. DoD Top Secret Clearance is desired
