Position Description:

CGI is seeking to hire a Senior Technical Manager to deliver enhanced security controls for a major financial services client in Jersey City, NJ

Your future duties and responsibilities:

The goal of the project is to deliver enhanced security controls for a major financial services client, through the delivery of governance control processes and taking a pragmatic and proactive approach to network-related risk management moving forward. You will be assisting with the identification and configuration of end point technologies that can support restriction of network traffic access based on user profile and characteristics.

Specific Responsibilities will include:

-Delivery of design documentation to include architecture artifacts and communication decks.

-Provide proof of validation of design documents

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Demonstrated experience with responsibilities similar to those described above.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Experience in a technical architect role, combined with a project management mindset. Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Demonstrated experience in security-related projects and ability to identify and recommend security enhancements and governance control improvements.


Experience in the Financial Services industry a plus.


Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Work Experience.


Individuals targeted to interview for this position; phone/face-to-face

Initial HR screening followed by business and technical interview, and lastly an interview with the client.
