Carlisle Interconnect Technologies Associate Account Manager in Kent, Washington

SUMMARY Assists the Strategic Account Manager in maintenance and execution of existing customer program business at acceptable margins. Ensures CarlisleIT is professionally and responsibly represented in the industry and that our organization meets the expected level of service, responsiveness and quality objectives of the customer. Determines appropriate split of time required in and out of the office to obtain maximum productivity and customer satisfaction. Wins new and additional business on existing and new programs with the Strategic Account Manager. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS * Manages customer RFQ's, enquiries and programs to successful manufacturability conclusion, acting as program manager for the Strategic Account, maximizing CARLISLEIT revenue and profitability where possible. * Supports sales strategies, assists in setting sales objectives and annual forecast and strives to meet them. * Fo llows up on opportunities/leads to determine whether a field sales call is necessary. * Supports development of new business opportunities to provide a foundation for continuous upward sales trends while meeting all profitability objectives. * Assists in marketing and business strategies, innovative processes and programs to meet objectives which are consistent with a "customer-focused" high performance sales organization. * Cultivates professional and responsive relationships with customers to ensure total customer satisfaction and continued business. * Makes ethical and responsible pricing decisions as needed. * Follows up with customers to ensure CarlisleIT is meeting or exceeding the service level. * Supports activities and problem solving to result in cost effective and solution-oriented proposals. * Acts as a liaison between customer and internal CarlisleIT team members to ensure all customer expectations are communicated, understood and met throughout the organization. * Is responsible and cooperative team leader with other departments to address and resolve customer problems. Understand and works within CarlisleIT's policies and procedures. * Adds a level of technical product service and value to meet the goals of the organization. * Maintains up to date knowledge of the industry. * Acts in a leadership capaCarlisleITy to Customer Service Representative, by mentoring, monitoring work schedules and directing some project/program specific activities. * May require availability to CarlisleIT personnel or customers during evening, early morning or weekend hours.
