Kettering College, a Christian health sciences institution, is seeking a full-time faculty member for their entry level Occupational Therapy Doctoral program.

Faculty members will have the opportunity to be a part of growing an exciting new program in our modern OTD education facility. In partnership with Kettering Health Network, the OTD program has a strong practice focus with support from local clinicians.

Job Responsibilities

Occupational Therapy (OTD) Faculty members are responsible for the classroom instruction for students enrolled in the OTD program. Faculty must be able to show leadership and networking skills, proven organizational ability, written and oral communication skills, instructional expertise, dedication to program development, and a willingness to accept new challenges.


Job Qualifications:

Applicants must have:

  • Doctorate degree in any field of study
  • Minimum 5 years of OT experience
  • Eligibility to obtain OT license in the State of Ohio
  • Adult life-span experience

Kettering Health Network would prefer applicants have:

  • 2 years of prior teaching experience
  • Neuroscience and organizational leadership experience
