Job DescriptionCustomer Service Representative:Summary - Assist customers with reserving rental vehicles by responding to inquiries through telephone and email communication. Confirms reservations and ensures all necessary information is provided. Job Duties:- Counter help- Taking reservations for rental vehicles- Confirming appointments over the phone and email- Answers customer questions on prices, types of vehicles available, and other relevant inquiries - Generating and sending invoices- Entering customer contact information and billing information RequirementsCustomer Service Oriented - at least 2 years of customer service experience. Strong attention to detail and intermediate data entry skills.High school diploma.Ability to work at a fast pace.Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office SuiteHighlightsTemp to hire opportunity with pay raise upon hire!
