Job Description

A Marketing Representative with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for the promotion of booking eligible vacation ownership presentations, previews and the sale of mini-vacation packages to on-site guests and visitors.

What will I be doing?

As an In-House Marketing Coordinator, you would be responsible for promoting and presenting the HGVC product to resort guests and visitors. Also distributes HGV Club promotional information to resort guests and visitors and provides tour information and incentives for guests and visitors in an effort to book a preview. Serves as a point of contact for resort guests and visitors to receive information on how to contact the HGVC In-House Sales Department and how to participate in HGVC Resort Promotions. Provides and distributes authorized marketing material and information to market the HGVC product. Schedules and books tour appointments and forwards information to Marketing Reservations for final booking. Provides directions or information as needed to resort guests. Supports marketing promotional activities, which include attending social functions and interacting with guests. Represents HGVC to the resort guests, contact both in person and by telephone.

Basic Qualifications

  • Must be able to obtain a TSR license within 10 days of employment

  • Must have a minimum of 6 months Marketing experience in a similar industry

  • Must have a minimum of 1 year customer service phone experience

  • Must be a high school graduate or equivalent

  • Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including, evenings, weekends and holidays

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Local candidates preferred

• Previous In-House experience in the Timeshare industry
