Job DescriptionThe Basic Function of this position is to sell the clients products at a profit sufficient to meet or exceed the budgetary goals and objectives of the company. This position will assist with developing and implementing the sales and marketing strategies that will be used to achieve these goals. He/she trains & assists distributors with product knowledge & selling skills. This person may also directly assist customers with system purchases. In addition, he/she makes certain that all customer service runs efficiently within the territory. This position is responsible for all sales and new business development of the client to manufactured products in the western United States and Canada. The Western North America Business Development Manager has the following Duties: Â 1.Sales Management-target old inactive accounts. Make sure that each distributor is contacted monthly. Categorizes each account (ABC method) based on projected sales activity & dollar volume. Ensures that all car washes, distributorships and related businesses in the territory are called on. 2. Installations- May be required to assist in installations of products to insure their proper operation. 3. Reporting Requirements-completes promptly & accurately 4. Trade Shows and Meetings-attend up to 6 conferences & any other trade organizations relative to our business. 5.Time Management- Good time management skills are important in the success of this position. 6.Communications-maintain necessary communication with the Vice President and other departments 7. Decision Making- make all decisions based on what is best for the customer and the company 8. Possess a current driver-s license and have a clean driving record 9. Trade Shows- Setup and tear down of trade show displays 10.Is Responsible for all other duties assigned by the Vice President Key Information to Know:Â Working remotely. As candidate will be selling in Western NA they should be living in that area or traveling to these states (CA, CO, AZ, Utah) $250K GP goal annually Commission is 10% of GP generated Responsible for establishing distributorships in territory (distributors distribute CPCW equipment) Responsible for selling directly to customers if no distributor is established in that area Train distributors and customers Assist with setup when needed Attend industry trade shows Benefits: Company provides health, AFLAC supplemental, dental, vision insurances effective after 90 days.
