Job Description

Basic Description:

Perform a wide variety of complex assembly and sub assembly operations which include electrical wiring, hydraulic systems installation, and mechanical assembly.

Essential Functions:

  • Accountable for maintaining a safe work environment and following all safety and environmental policies

  • Responsible for inspecting product and ensuring product is built in compliance with ISO Quality standards

  • Engage in generating and implementing employee continual improvement ideas

  • Assemble product per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), bill of materials, drawings, and design specifications

  • Required to keep equipment and work area clean and organized

  • Responsible for inventory transactions and accuracy

  • Ensure equipment and tools are properly calibrated and perform necessary preventative maintenance duties

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.

  • Two –Year associates or Technical Degree is a plus

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience preferred

  • Electrical assembly, troubleshooting, and repair experience required

  • Hydraulic assembly, troubleshooting, and repair experience required

  • Mechanical systems assembly, troubleshooting, and repair experience required.

  • Basic working knowledge and experience with computers

  • Ability to interpret drawings, bill of materials, electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and specifications

  • Problem-solving skills and conflict management ability

  • Adhere and comply with all state and federal laws, IS Quality program, and safety program

  • Ability to work daily or weekend overtime

  • Must be able to adjust to a changing work environment, competing demands, frequent changes, delays and unexpected events.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
