Washington State DSHS Occupational Therapist 3 (Lakeland Village) in Medical Lake, Washington
The Department of Social and Health Services' Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA), has a exciting opportunity for a Occupational Therapist 3 to join our team and provide treatment services in a Residential Habilitation Center (RHC) at Lakeland Village.
The Core Hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday with Saturday and Sunday as regularly scheduled days off.

As a valuable professional member of the interdisciplinary team you will coordinate occupational therapy clinical activities including assessments, treatments, workplace consultations, and training to provide services to the clients we support.

Some of what you'll be doing
Provide Occupational therapy treatment services.
Coordinate Occupational Therapy clinical activities including assessments, treatments, workplace consultations and training.
Serve as a professional member of the interdisciplinary team.
Develop, monitor and implement performance standards, policies, procedures.
Who should apply:
People who are licensed by the State of Washington as an Occupational Therapist or have a valid probational certificate issued by the State of Washington to practice occupational therapy* OR *the ability to obtain a valid license prior to employment.
Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program AND successful completion of American Occupational Therapy Association certification examination AND three years of professional occupational therapy experience.
