Clinic LPN Affinity Medical Group/Employer Solutions (Occupational Health) Full time - 40 hrs/wk Menasha and Oshkosh clinic Monday-Friday, variable hours between 7:30am and 5:00pm No weekends Responsibilities include direct nursing care for clients following established nursing standards and practices. Direct client contact; assisting with physicals, hearing conservation, drug screening and injury care. Working under the direction of the providers to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of quality health care to patients in the clinic and to adult clients at company locations. Responsibilities for supplies, storage, and daily patient flow. Prepares patient for physical exams, including spirometry, EKG, and body mass analysis. Administers Titmus Vision Test Completes audiograms using CAOHC standards Set-up on-site hearing conservation programs Completes drug screening under the DOT and non-DOT standards, following company protocols. Assists with injury care Forwards diagnostic data to providers and responds as directed. Schedules and registers patients as needed Maintains and orders medical supplies Handles request for information and provides efficient record keeping for all clinic interactions. Assures all procedures are done according to flow sheet Assists in data entry and retrieval of information from AOH related software programs May need to take BAT call if applies to position Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school with Wisconsin State LPN license. BCLS certification. Outpatient clinic, ER, Orthopedic, experience preferred. Must be familiar with business protocols. Work history in Occupational Health industry desirable. Demonstrated skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, physicians, staff and customers. Able to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations. Able to read, understand and respond to detailed oral and written instructions. Ability to communicate clearly. Job: Licensed Practical Nurses
