To be an effective liaison of the regional office by providing careful support to executive management. Experienced, reliable and task-oriented
Coordinate the daily run-through of the Latin America Office: marketing, distribution and operations follow-up. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results.
Develop and edit presentations, reports and correspondence retrieving, collecting and analysing information.
Maintain appointment schedule planning meetings, conferences, screenings, corporate events and premieres.
Travel management, booking flights and hotels, organizing transport and preparing travel schedules with both financial and pragmatic mindset
Protect operations upholding a strict level of confidentiality.
Secure information by completing data base backups and be able to provide historical reference.
Raise & approve purchase orders
Manage subscriptions / memberships
Build up dynamic collaboration between internal and external colleagues and corporation businesses.
Conduct acquisitions, local productions and producers
Skills and Qualifications (required)
Experience working with senior management and across functions
Written and verbal communication
Proficiency in MS Office with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
Fluent in English and Portuguese
Comfortable working with a mixed and changing portfolio of projects and tasks
Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with multi-tasking ability
Skills and Qualifications (desired)
Experience in film industry and / or events planning
Having travelled or lived abroad
