Job Profile:

  • Monitors and processes active foreclosures, including administrative, property preservation and conveyance functions to avoid monetary loss to the bank.

  • Monitors workflow to ensure timely completion of the processes. Complies with bank/investor guidelines.

  • Interacts with customers/vendors/investors and outside counsel regarding default and foreclosure proceedings through written and verbal communication.

  • Adheres to investor, mortgage insurance and regulatory guidelines in order to minimize loss associated with process delays.

  • May train and coach new team members and resolve escalated issues regarding the process.

Position Overview:

As a Late Stage Support Specialist within PNC's Property Preservation department, you will be based in Miamisburg, OH.

The Late Stage Support Specialist is responsible for monitoring properties that are in default. You will work with outside vendors to ensure that Investor guidelines are being met when maintaining the property.
