Kettering Medical Center MANAGER iSUPPORT in Miamisburg, Ohio
Description The iSupport Manager will deliver the first level IT support services to hospital, physician practices, clinicals, and other entities across KHN. The Manager will responsible for department productivity metrics, staffing, recruiting, orientation, and training programs that develop high-quality team members with the knowledge and capabilities to support a wide breadth of systems and applications. The Manager will develop annual operating, capital, and personnel budgets for the iSupport and Computer Operations department, tracking costs throughout the year and documenting reporting variances as appropriate.
The iSupport Manager will deploy iSupport responsibilities, communicating change to affected end users and support a positive, customer-focused work environment that encourages individuals learning/development and teamwork.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in an applicable field required, Master's degree preferred 5 years of support center/help desk experience 3 years of experience managing a iSupport or help desk function Experience working in healthcare organizations preferred Experience working with metrics and statistics
