Volt Information Sciences Manufacturing Customer Service in Minneapolis, Minnesota

These customer service professionals will be responsible for supporting customer inquiries such as order placement, order status, product availability, pricing, and other product and service related topics. Job duties will include communication with division Customer Service representatives, Service professionals and other related departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide timely and accurate feedback to customers on orders, pricing and delivery status as well as provide product information. Expectations: - Meet performance metrics - Develop excellent relationships with customers - Identify areas of opportunity to improve customer satisfaction.

Previous Call Center / Customer Service experience

Manufacturing industry experience preferred

2+ years in Business to Business roles required

Strong MS Office skills

SAP experience helpful
