As the Marketing Data Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of marketing technology and supporting the delivery of marketing programs to CPS clients and leads in a timely, cost-effective manner. You will partner with cross-functional teams to develop delivery tools and processes that support CPS and US Bank goals and strategies.


  1. Maintains an active, real-time master schedule of planned and ad-hoc communications to ensure product line management visibility, resolve scheduling conflicts and to reduce reputational risk impacts.

  2. Works with other Marketing and Product line teams to coordinate quarterly, monthly, and weekly communication deliveries targeting both CPS customer and CPS prospect audiences.

  3. Works with the compliance lead to ensure final email messages meet relevant regulatory and US Bank branding requirements, and provides final email proofs and tests to partner stakeholders.

  4. Researches and develops proposals/implementation plans for enhanced tools and processes in support of CPS and US Bank strategic goals.

  5. Promotes marketing automation best practices within the Marketing team and across CPS Product groups.

  6. Ensures the integrity of contact information within the appropriate systems of record in adherence with regulatory and US Bank policy requirements.

  7. Coordinates the production of HTML emails and associated landing pages with content development resources within the CAO organization.

  8. Develops and provides reporting to stakeholders regarding communication receipts and effectiveness.

· Minimum 5 years experience in Marketing; lead generation, traffic or project management experience preferred

· Experience working with email automation systems or marketing automation platforms (such as ExactTarget, MailChimp, Eloqua, Marketo or Adobe suite)

· Strong, demonstrated project management skills in a fast-paced environment

· Knowledge of data governance and management practices

· Some familiarity with the creative process preferred

· Excellent written and verbal communication
