As a Project Manager for our Affluent client base (The Private Client Group) you will Manage and coordinate the client experience of PCG Strategy. This will involve with team construction, clarifying roles, timing for hires, preliminary onboarding with systems considerations in Metro and Community. Deliver a roadmap of tactics to grow successful practices. Assist in the expansion of a national program enabling the firm to more effectively serve our affluent clients across metro and community. The incumbent will work with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely onboarding of new employees,
Here is a breakdown of the role and responsibility:
20%25- Develop, maintain and improve team processes to support existing teams (this includes Investment Relationship Manager/Private Banking Relationship Manager/Private Client Advisor changes, etc) while partnering closely with field leaders.
20%25- Coach field leaders teams through all of the complex issues that arise in the book build process across various systems. Partner/Train leaders how to provide ongoing coaching with their teams to maximize team tools and efficiencies.
20% Work closely with other business partners to set teams up for success (client acquisition, client deepening, product managers).
10%25- Partner closely with Region Managers, Division Consult Managers, training and client experience teams to help deliver a roadmap of tactics to grow successful practices.
10%25- Track metrics, Advisory Consulting Services support, client meeting preparations and marketing necessities.
10%25- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Director to help with the and Hiring Leaders create an ongoing pipeline for new hires (recruits).
5%25%20- Reiterate and complement messages and efforts being put forth by practice management coaches, client acquisition and deepening efforts. Guide Private Client Group team sales approach to be centered around client advocacy principles.
5%25%20- Create a comprehensive reference/training resource to document all processes that can affect team (staff changes, branch changes, client account transfers, etc).

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Five years of experience in project management and leadership activities
-PMP Certification or FINRA licensing is preferred
Advanced knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
Experience using Salesforce.com
Demonstrated management and leadership skills
Familiar with market development and hiring/onboarding
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Advanced knowledge of project management
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
